Ko Wang, PhD

Ko Wang is a Professor in the Research Track at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and the R. Clayton Emory Chair of Real Estate and Infrastructure. Prior to joining the Carey Business School, he served as the Newman Chair in Real Estate Finance at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College/City University of New York. Before Baruch, he served as a chaired professor of real estate at the Faculty of Business Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ko serves as Editor and Co-Editor of various journals, including Journal of Real Estate Research, International Real Estate Review, Journal of Housing Studies (in Chinese), and Journal of Real Estate (in Chinese). Ko was honored with the Richard Ratcliff Award from the American Real Estate Society (ARES) and the Achievement Award from the International Real Estate Society. Ko received a PhD, an MBA, and an MS from The University of Texas at Austin and an LLB from Chinese Culture University.
