Jacob Sagi, PhD

Jacob Sagi is Professor of Finance and the Wood Center in Real Estate Studies Distinguished Scholar at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jacobs’s research has appeared in such leading publications as Econometrica, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics and The Review of Financial Studies. Jacob previously served on the faculty at Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt and Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley. Jacob received his PhD in financial economics and a PhD in physics from University of British Columbia. He earned his BSc with honors in physics from University of Toronto.
