Dan Kohlhepp is the retired Academic Director of the Edward St. John Real Estate and Infrastructure Program at John Hopkins University. Having taught a variety of courses while at John Hopkins, Dan retired as a full-time faculty member in June 2017, and co-authored a textbook, Real Estate Development Matrix. Dan is President of Granite Road, LLC, a development company. His previous firms have advised on real estate development, investments, and valuation. Previously, in addition to his academic duties, Dan was Director of Hoyt Institute. Dan received his PhD from The Ohio State University.
