The CRAA® Exam is an crucial step toward your CRAA® certification. Passing the Exam demonstrates your mastery of the CRAA® Program Curriculum and your ability to apply real assets knowledge in practical scenarios.

How to Register, Exam Dates, and Pricing

The CRAA® Exam is administered twice a year at test centers around the U.S. Early registration is recommended for the best selection of dates, pricing, and testing site availability. Discounted pricing is offered for early registrants.

Remember, you can take the CRAA® Exam before completing the Education and Experience Requirements of CRAA® certification.

About the CRAA® Exam

The CRAA® Exam is offered two times per year:  January and June. Test topics are derived from the CRAA® Program Curriculum and focus on the four main types of income-producing real assets:  real estate, infrastructure, timberland, and agriculture. All aspects of the CRAA® Exam — including curriculum, exam development, and the minimum passing score — are informed and developed in partnership with CRAA® certificants, employers, public stakeholders, and our esteemed Board of Advisors.
