CRAA® Program

The Code and Principles of Professional Conduct reflect RPII's commitment to upholding high standards of ethics and professional conduct in the real assets industries. All CRAA® certification must abide by the Code and Principles as part of CRAA® certification.
Under U.S. federal regulations, RPII complies with the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and is unable to provide certification to individuals who live in countries subject to certain sanctions.
CRAA® Exam
Please note there may be restrictions and/or fees associated with rescheduling or withdrawing from an already scheduled CRAA® Exam appointment.
RPII is committed to offering the CRAA® Exam in a manner responsive to the needs and requirements of individuals with disabilities and impairments. Testing accommodations requests are submitted to RPII under its Testing Accommodations Policy and are implemented by the third-party testing center. RPII cannot guarantee your testing accommodations request will be granted.
You will need an approved calculator for the exam. Review the current calculator models approved by RPII for use during testing.
Don't be surprised when you arrive for your testing appointment! The CRAA® Exam is proctored by a third-party testing center, so be sure to review identification requirements and what to bring and what should be left behind on your exam day.
Other Policies
As part of maintaining CRAA® certification, CRAA® certificant are required to complete 26 Continuing Education (CE) credit hours. The CE Requirement ensures CRAA® certificants stay abreast of changing practices and evolving industry demands.
The right to use the CRAA® certification marks indicates you have met RPII’s initial and ongoing certification requirements. As part of this accomplishment, the CRAA® certification marks must be displayed in a manner approved by RPII.
RPII accepts all major credit and debit cards. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
Upon enrolling in the CRAA® Program, you will be asked to review the Candidate Privacy Policy.
When concern arises over the conduct or actions of a CRAA® certificant or candidate relevant to the CRAA® certification standards, RPII has authorized the Ethics Committee (EC) to consider all complaints brought to RPII's attention.
