What Is CRAA® Certification?

The CERTIFIED REAL ASSETS ANALYST designation sets a voluntary standard of advanced expertise, practical competency, and professionalism in the real assets industry. CRAA® certification can be obtained by any professional who successfully satisfies all certification criteria outlined under our CRAA® Program. Through this process, CRAA® certificants demonstrate their knowledge of income-producing real assets — real estate, infrastructure, timberland, and agriculture — by successfully passing the CRAA® Exam. CRAA® certificants must also satisfy minimum educational and experience requirements and commit to upholding RPII's rigorous ethical standards governing professional conduct in the real assets industry.
