Committed to advancing and fostering economic opportunities and career mobility within the real assets profession, we support the industry and its diverse stakeholders in adapting to ever-changing business environments.

We're Leading the Next Generation

of Real Assets Advocates

Real Property and Infrastructure Institute (RPII) is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality and rigor of practice within the real assets industry. In partnership with the RPII Real Assets Education Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we leverage over 50 years of leadership in land use and real assets research and education.

Through the CERTIFIED REAL ASSETS ANALYST™ Certification Program, RPII advances knowledge, standards, practices, and ethics within the real assets community. We aim to serve a diverse audience, including asset owners, asset managers, intermediaries, academia, non-profit real assets related organizations and trade associations, and governmental entities.

Our function as academics, professors, researchers, or practicing professionals is to develop and disseminate the body of knowledge to help individuals improve their quality of life and to help society function as a series of communities in which we are engaged in the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness under a constitution that sets the framework for the rules to live by and an American heritage that gives habits of the heart as well as habits of the mind.
