Laura Huntington serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Real Property and Infrastructure Institute and President and Chief Executive Officer of RPII Real Assets Education Foundation. She also serves as Chairwoman of Institutional Property Consultants, a globally recognized real estate consulting firm whose clients have invested equity and debt capital across the spectrum of property types held in joint ventures, separate accounts, and commingled funds. With over three decades of real estate consulting experience to institutional investors, investment managers, and the private wealth community, Laura brings extensive expertise in implementing real estate investment policies, guidelines, and strategies, as well as underwriting real estate investment managers and opportunities. Throughout her career, Laura has overseen the deployment of over $1 trillion in client capital across the income-producing real assets spectrum.

Laura holds a BA and MBA in finance, real estate, and urban land economics with Highest Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.

She has served or presently serves on various Advisory Committees and Board of Directors. Additionally, Laura is a former Assistant Professor at University of Washington, College of Built Environments, an instructor for the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) Educational Academy, and a guest lecturer at various universities nationwide. Among her many awards, honors, and distinctions, Laura is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and a Certified Real Assets Analyst professional.
